We currently ship within the United States.
Cost and method
- Standard shipping: $6.99 per order.
- We use trusted U.S. carriers with end-to-end tracking.
- At this time, we offer standard delivery only.

- Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed.
- High order volumes or holiday periods can add 1–2 business days.
- If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after you order, we will email you with options.
Tracking your order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the confirmation.
Split shipments
- To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments beyond the amount paid at checkout.
Address accuracy and order changes
- Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
- If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Undeliverable or returned packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
- Reshipment will incur the standard shipping fee of $6.99.
Delayed, lost, or delivered-but-not-received
- If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after it ships, or tracking has not updated for 3 business days, please email us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors, and look in safe-drop areas. Then contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date for help.
