Submitting a request before the cut-off time does not guarantee cancellation or change approval, but it gives our support team the best opportunity to assist.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If the item is no longer needed, customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
