Cancellation Policy

We start preparing orders quickly so you can receive your items fast. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once an order moves into processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

When you can cancel

Orders typically begin processing within 1 business day of placement. Your cancellation options depend on the order status at the moment we review your request.

Placed (payment confirmed), not yet processing Usually yes We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing / Picking / Packed (label may be created) Not guaranteed We will attempt to stop fulfillment. If we successfully halt the order, we will cancel and refund. If not, the order will ship.
Shipped / In transit No We cannot cancel once shipped. After delivery, you may be able to request a return if eligible under our standard return rules.

How to request a cancellation

  • Subject line: Cancellation Request – Your Order #
  • Include in your message:
    • Order number
    • Full name and shipping address
    • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful or advise next steps if the order has already moved forward.

Changes instead of cancelling

If you need to update your address, size, or color, please contact us immediately. In many cases, the fastest solution is to cancel the original order (if still eligible) and place a new order with the correct details. Once processing has begun, edits are not guaranteed.

Refunds for successful cancellations

When a cancellation is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method right away. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit appears in your account.

When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if:

  • An item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • There is a payment or verification issue.
  • We detect a pricing, listing, or checkout error.
  • We suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
