Because our logistics team begins preparing shipments shortly after an order is placed, the window for modifications is strictly limited.

By completing a purchase at refinedmanstyle.shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the cancellation or alteration of your order.

1. The Processing Window

To maintain our commitment to excellence, our warehouse in Wainwright operates on a precise daily schedule. Once an order enters the "Processing" phase, it is electronically transmitted to our logistics floor for picking, quality inspection, and custom packaging.

Any request received after this 2:00 PM AKT threshold will be subject to our standard Return Policy, as the package will likely have already been sealed and staged for carrier pickup (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

2. Cancellation Protocol

If you have a change of heart, we will do our utmost to halt the shipment provided the request is made within the designated timeframe.

3. Order Modifications

Modifications include changes to garment size, color selection, or quantity. Due to real-time inventory management, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted, but we will make every effort to accommodate requests made before the 2:00 PM AKT cut-off.

• • Shipping Address Errors: If you identify an error in your destination address, notify us immediately. Nicholas Michael Kloster LLC is not liable for misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect data provided at checkout once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
• • Post-Dispatch Changes: We are unable to reroute packages or swap items once a tracking number has been generated.

4. Refund & Resolution

Upon successful cancellation:

• A full reversal of the transaction will be issued to your original payment method.
• A formal cancellation notice will be dispatched to your email address.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.
