Before You Submit

How to File a DMCA Notice (Rights Holders)

A valid notice must include all items below. Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

How to File a Counter Notice (Affected Party)

If your material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice containing all of the following:

Identification of material	Identify the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location (URL) before removal.
Statement under penalty of perjury	A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your contact details	Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
Jurisdiction and service	A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Refinedmanstyle may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringement and Policy Abuse

• We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse future service for repeat infringement.
• We may reject notices and counter notices that are fraudulent, abusive, or do not contain the required information.

Sharing and Privacy

• We typically forward the full notice (including contact details) to the party who posted the material.
• We may share information from notices and counter notices as required by law or to comply with legal processes.
