We offer a comprehensive 30-day grace period to allow you to inspect your selected pieces within the comfort of your home.

To be eligible for a reimbursement, the request must be formally initiated within this 30-day window. We strongly encourage you to evaluate your items immediately upon arrival to ensure they align with your expectations.

2. Garment Integrity Standards

To maintain our commitment to hygiene and premium quality for all clients, returned items must be in their original, pristine state. Refinedmanstyle reserves the right to refuse a return if the following criteria are not met:

• Pristine Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (such as perfume or smoke) or cosmetic stains.
• Original Labeling: All designer tags, price markers, and care instructions must remain physically attached in their original positions.
• Protective Packaging: Items should be returned in their original clear protective bags or boxes to ensure safety during transit.

We prioritize financial transparency and strive to process all reimbursements with professional urgency.

Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. While our internal process is completed within 12 days, your specific financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your statement.

Refinedmanstyle is pleased to offer Free Return Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. We believe the process of refinement should be effortless.

• Client Cost: $0.00 (Standard domestic returns).
• Methodology: Prepaid labels provided via email upon request approval.
• Partner Carriers: Facilitated through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Please note: One complimentary label is provided per order. Subsequent returns from the same order will be the responsibility of the client.
