Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every piece you add to your wardrobe. If something isn’t right, our team will help with a return or exchange as outlined below.

Return window and deadlines

Eligibility checklist

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact and included.
• Footwear must be tried on indoors only and returned in the original box (box placed inside a protective outer package).
• Sets or bundles must be returned as a complete set.
• Non-returnable items: final sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale,” undergarments and socks, bodysuits or swimwear with a broken/removed hygiene seal (if applicable), and pierced jewelry. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Items that show wear, alterations, or damage not due to transit/defect may be denied.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for a different size or color of the same style if stock is available. Exchanges are shipped after we receive and inspect your original item. If you need the new item quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.

Refund method and timing

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue and the packing slip. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund and cover related shipping costs.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions. We’ll provide the correct return address and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Place shoe boxes inside a protective mailer or carton.
4. Ship using a trackable service and keep your tracking number.
5. We’ll email you once your return is processed.

Additional notes

• Unauthorized, late, or ineligible returns may be refused or returned to sender.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. Please use a trackable service and consider insurance for higher-value items.
