Accepted Payment Options

PayPal	You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment using your PayPal balance or a linked card/bank (per your PayPal account settings).	PayPal sends you a separate payment confirmation in addition to our order email.

Our Payment Processors

• Stripe: Secure card processing when you pay by card directly on our site.
• Airwallex: Secure processing for eligible card payments and supported checkout flows where available.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end by our payment partners.

Checkout Security

• Verification: Your bank or PayPal may ask for additional verification (for example, a one-time code) to protect your account.
• Fraud prevention: We may hold or cancel an order if a payment is flagged by our systems or payment partners. If that happens, we’ll notify you and help you place the order again.

Order Confirmation & Billing

• Charging: In most cases, your payment is charged at the time of purchase.
• Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment clears. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
• Statement name: Look for “Refinedmanstyle” or “refinedmanstyle.shop” on your card or PayPal statement.

If Your Payment Fails

Payments can fail for several reasons. Try the steps below or reach out if you still need help.

Incorrect card details (number, expiry, CVV)	Re-enter details carefully and ensure your billing address matches your card statement.
Bank declined or insufficient funds	Contact your bank for more information, use a different card, or try PayPal.
Security verification not completed	Complete any requested verification (e.g., one-time code) and try again.
Expired or blocked card	Use another valid card or PayPal.
Network or timeout error	Refresh the page, switch networks, or wait a few minutes before retrying.

Note: If an attempt fails, your bank might show a temporary authorization. These usually drop off automatically per your bank’s timelines.

Receipts & Support

• Receipts: A digital receipt is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
• Need help with a charge or payment error? Email our team at [email protected] with your name, order number (if available), and the last four digits of the card used (do not email full card numbers).
